At One Organized Mom, we’ve redefined what it means to work in residential cleaning.
Our Solo Cleaner Model puts the power in your hands by allowing you to manage your day independently while still being supported by a close-knit, team-first culture.
During training, you’ll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, riding with a trainer in a company vehicle as you learn the OOM way in real homes. After your 10-day training program, you’ll begin dispatching directly from your home to your assigned client homes or offices.
You’ll then step into a performance-based pay structure where the more hours you work, and the higher your quality and communication, the greater your earning potential. You’ll never feel like just a number here.
