shop online for everything

Shop Early, Shop Often, Shop Online for Everything!

It’s a different world this year than it used to be. Gone are my frantic mall crawling, specialty product hunting, grocery shopping days during the holiday madness.  Now, with the click of my mouse I can hunt for everything I need and want for the holidays, in the comfort of my favorite cozy chair at home – online!

Buying local is more important than ever, BUT running around town, hunting for that hard to find item is a massive time wasting activity. Now, many of those awesome local specialty shops have at least a simple website or Facebook page set up so they can take orders online or by phone and have it ready for you when you arrive. It’s AWESOME!

Don’t get me wrong. I do still LOVE to shop, and there’s nothing more fun than a day at the mall with my daughters.  Trying on clothes, having our nails and hair done and making great memories together. But when life is too crazy busy some of these online shopping tips have saved me and mine hours of precious time.

Order groceries online, automatically.

Every time I go grocery shopping I buy the same 20 items for my family.

I ALWAYS need them so, I have a recurring order set up to send me those 20 products twice a month. I don’t even have to think about them. Milk, Eggs, Bread, you name it.

Plus, when it’s really busy I can go in and edit the order if I need to add or remove a few items on the list.

Consider tackling your holiday gift list early.

When trying to find the perfect gift for someone special to you, consider that ordering online may save you time and money, but shipping time can cause upsetting delays and even more stress than shopping under pressure.  If you can’t order it early, consider sticking to gift certificates. They can usually be delivered instantly by e-mail either to that someone special or to yourself so you can keep it a surprise.

Of course our gift cards for House Cleaning, are the PERFECT gift for almost everyone!

Finally, find ways to offload tasks that you would normally have time for:

1. Have a professional service wash, dry, and fold your laundry.

Don’t you just hate when your dri fit shirt ends up with sunscreen stains? I know people who just toss them out after that, but the truth is that if you have a bit of patience and know how, you can clean up that stain and your shirt will still be wearable. Check out the video below where you will learn exactly how to remove the sunscreen stain and get that shirt clean.

2. Schedule a professional house cleaning now!

For just before the company arrives and again the first week in January to help you clean up after the festivities. This can free up valuable time for you to focus on the things that matter most this holiday season, like spending time with loved ones and enjoying all the festivities. Plus, a clean and tidy home will make a great impression on your guests and help you relax and enjoy the holiday season even more. So don’t wait – schedule a professional house cleaning now and cross one more thing off your to-do list.

3. Book a service to mow your and tend to yard work!

Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering or just want to relax and enjoy the season, booking a service to take care of your yard work can help you save time and stress. So why not give yourself the gift of a well-maintained lawn and some extra time this holiday season? Book your service now and enjoy a stress-free holiday season.
