- Refrigerator, freezer and wine coolers for proper operating temperature
- Window and door security
- Kitchen and bathroom cabinets for leaks
- Bedrooms and closets for leaks
- Entire home for pests
- Garage security
- Garage for leaks
- Outside home perimiter check
- Security system check
Additional inspections are available as needed including:
- Pool and spa cleanliness, water level and pump functions
- Landscape irrigation system
- Landscape lighting system
